Fine-tolerance Laser Cutting for Torrance

Near the Del Amo Fashion Center, Torrance has a diverse mix of automotive (Honda R&D) and aerospace components operations. Our shop supports that range with capabilities spanning intricate engraving to heavy-duty through-cuts on a fleet of four industrial CO₂ lasers — our largest bed measures 4 feet by 5 feet.
What We Cut and Engrave
Cast and extruded acrylic, ¹⁄₁₆" through ¾", in any color or finish. The CO₂ laser gives cast acrylic that signature flame-polished look.
From ¹⁄₁₆" veneer to ½" plywood and everything between. Wood responds beautifully to both cutting and engraving.
Invitation stock, packaging prototypes, and museum board cut with zero mechanical stress on the material.
We cut and engrave genuine leather for wallets, patches, belts, holsters, and custom accessories.
Polyester, cotton, felt, nylon, and technical textiles cut with automatically sealed edges on synthetic fibers.
Foam cutting for protective inserts, display pieces, gaskets, and cosplay builds. EVA up to 2" thick.
Many Torrance clients bring their own material; others use our stock. We strictly avoid PVC, vinyl, and chlorine-based plastics due to toxic fume risk.

Submitting Your Design Files
We work from vector formats: AI, DXF, SVG, and PDF are all accepted. Clean vector paths with no overlapping lines produce the best results. Raster images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) are suitable for engraving operations.
