Near Uptown Whittier, Whittier has a diverse mix of education and healthcare (PIH Health) operations. Our shop supports that range with capabilities spanning intricate engraving to heavy-duty through-cuts on four large-format CO₂ laser systems with bed sizes ranging from 3'×4' to 4'×5'.
What We Cut and Engrave
From standard clear sheets to specialty finishes like frosted and mirrored, our lasers produce glass-smooth acrylic edges up to ¾" thickness.
We cut Baltic birch, MDF, maple, walnut, cherry, and more. Wood engraving produces natural color contrast that paint can't replicate.
Intricate paper and cardboard designs with cuts as fine as 0.1mm, impossible to achieve with blades alone.
Genuine leather and suede cut with sealed edges and engraved with high-contrast text, patterns, and logos.
Precision fabric cutting for fashion, upholstery, and technical applications. Synthetics get heat-sealed edges.
Foam cutting for protective inserts, display pieces, gaskets, and cosplay builds. EVA up to 2" thick.
Supply your own sheets or select from our inventory. Note: we do not cut PVC, vinyl, or chlorinated plastics for safety reasons.

File Formats and Preparation
Submit your designs as vector files — AI (Adobe Illustrator), DXF, SVG, or PDF. Vectors should have clean, closed paths without duplicate or overlapping geometry. For engraving-only jobs, raster formats like JPEG and PNG work fine.
If your files need adjustment, our team can clean up paths, convert formats, and optimize layouts for efficient material use.
